We accept PayPal and most debit and credit card payments including, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Payments are made via our payment partners PayPal or Square.


Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of all flower deliveries, any complaints and refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of Paula Cabrelli Flowers. You are advised to make any complaint within 24 hours of the delivery of your flowers and include photographic evidence relating to the complaint. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know by telephone as soon as possible to discuss. Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations on orders we have already attempted to deliver.


Deliveries cannot be made to fixed times, except for funeral tributes and weddings.

If the recipient is not at home when we try to deliver, we will endeavour to try again that same day. If, following a second delivery attempt, we are still unable to deliver to the recipient, we will leave a card and ask for the recipient to contact us to arrange collection from our premises. Where possible, we may leave in a ‘safe place’ or with neighbours.

If we cannot make contact with the recipient or the customer, through no fault of our own or the customer does not contact us, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if we have tried all possible methods to fulfil the order and regrettably a refund/replacement cannot be given.
